News flash! Darth Cheney has a heart!

We know, because it's breaking... or at least it's beating irregularly.

The best lede I saw on this one comes from AP:
Vice President Dick Cheney experienced an abnormal heartbeat Wednesday morning, went to the White House physician and scheduled a hospital visit to "restore his normal rhythm."

Does Darth Cheney really HAVE rhythm, "normal" or otherwise?

A biomechanical heart. Everyone knows the CheneyBot hasn't been fully human in eons.

Thank you, alien technologicalism! And Unka Dick, like all white robots, cannot cut the rug.

I was trying to think of something witty but dusty's comment pretty much summed it up.

I agree. Dusty nailed it.

He's the most rhythmically-impaired human being to shuffle across the earth.

They should have set that heart zapper they used on him to "fry". That would have at least been fun to watch.

I actually want him to survive until he's out of office. We don't need republican sympathy votes for the gipper, and don't want him replaced with McCain who could then claim White House experience. I also want him prosecuted someday as a war criminal - although that may never happen.

Randal--someone forgot to do the oil change and lube.

Dusty--hee hee!

Soul--I was desperate, and I am waiting for him to grasp his chest and shout, "this is the big one! I'm comin' to join ya, Hitler!" or something like that.

SomeGuy--yup.

Enc--I would LOVE to see him try to "dance." And I'm willing to shoot the pistol at his feet to see it!

Barbara--ha! Extra-crispy Dick!

Blueberry--if I thought he would ever have to face prosecution for his war crimes, financial profiteering/theft, etc.--I would want him to live. But I doubt that will happen.

And here I thought he was going to pay the Wizard a visit to get his ticker fixed. But then I realized, he flew off in the balloon without giving Dorothy her wish. Oh well. Sorry.... DICK!

Spartacus--he's so aptly named!
